What about complying with the new E-verify requirements?
Once you complete the provided payroll tax forms for each employee, just send it over and we run each new employee through the new required E-verify system and return the appropriate paperwork to you as well as report each new-hire to the state.
Do you offer direct deposit?
Direct deposit is included free for all employees. Employees simply fill out the form and submit it along with their new hire paperwork. Enrollment is easy and instantaneous!
Do you provide workers compensation insurance?
The state requires all businesses to carry workers compensation insurance with some exceptions. While we don't provide the insurance directly, we are your liaison to procuring and maintaining a policy. We work with SCF of Arizona, a non-profit provider. The monthly or quarterly reports come directly to our office and we bill you directly with your payroll.
What about reconciling all those paychecks every month?
Managing payroll even through a service can be difficult. Payroll checks, tax payments, medical insurance, workers compensations, you name it. All these transactions can be easy to lose track of and difficult to reconcile. With our service, you make just one payment each pay period. We handle everything else. Paychecks come out of our account and we are responsible for the taxes.
