Michael D Siggins, CPA
Member, AICPA
A born and raised valley resident, Michael Siggins is a young professional with experience in all facets of the accounting profession with a specialization in advanced tax planning and financial statement analysis. He is a member of the American Insitute of Certified Public Accountants and both the Phoenix and Scottsdale Chambers of Commerce. He remains active in the community serving on the board of the Emerging Professionals Group of the Central Arizona Estate Planning Council. His B.S. in Economics and graduate degree in accounting from Arizona State University makes him well qualified to give you and your business the experienced, professional attention you need. You might spot him cheering on the Arizona Cardinals at University of Phoenix stadium or on the 18th green of one of your favorite valley golf courses.

Joe Boma, CPA
Joe joined MDS Financial in 2011 with 22 years experience as a CPA in Arizona. He has a B.S. in accounting from Illinois State University. He has worked with individuals and small businesses in many different industries including retail, real estate, mortgage brokers, non-profits, and more. Joe has prepared tax returns for individuals, corporations, LLC’s, partnerships, trusts, and estates. He is very excited about the future of MDS Financial and its network and looks forward to talking to you about your needs
Don Cluett
Don joined MDS Financial in 2011 and brings a philosophy of strategic partnerships and a focus on customer service. He has a BBA degree from Eastern Michigan University and over 25 year experience in a wide variety of industries including restaurants, engineering firms, and non-profits. He has a business owner's eye for analysis as a former multi-unit restaurant owner/operator and specializes in tight cash flow situations.
