Our Founder
Michael D Siggins, CPA
Member, AICPA
A born and raised valley resident, Michael Siggins is a young professional with experience in all facets of the accounting profession. He is a member of the American Insitute of Certified Public Accountants and both the Phoenix and Scottsdale Chambers of Commerce. He remains active in the community serving on the board of Tomorrow's Leaders, an charitable organization that supports the Ronald McDonald House of Phoenix. The Certified Public Accountant has his B.S. in Economics and a graduate degree in accounting from Arizona State University, making him well qualified to give you and your business the experienced, professional attention you need. You might spot him cheering on the Arizona Cardinals at University of Phoenix stadium or on the 18th green of one of your favorite valley golf courses.

Joe Boma
Joe joined MDS Financial in 2011 with 22 years experience as a CPA in Arizona. He has a B.S. in accounting from Illinois State University. He has worked with individuals and small businesses in many different industries including retail, real estate, mortgage brokers, non-profits, and more. Joe has prepared tax returns for individuals, corporations, LLC’s, partnerships, trusts, and estates. He is very excited about the future of MDS Financial and its network and looks forward to talking to you about your needs
